Pros: MIE Trak Pro provides a platform for tasks assembling.
It is defiantly easy to use for its great user interface.
Very efficient and accurate.
The support team is very supportive with a quick response when required to provide any kind of assistance.

Cons: For the duration, I have used the till to date have not experienced any challenge to point out any con.

Overall: The product is very intuitive with its perfect performance while having it in use, in the field of manufacturing it perfects all the processes enabling it to have an overview of every process and with this production is increased.

Pros: MIE Trak Pro is easy to use and scales to meet our growing needs. It has high level of flexibility and support is responsive and great. Keeping track of billing and invoices is so much simpler with MIE Trak Pro. Moving it to a new server was fast, and we are glad about the reliability it provides. Not only that, it offers powerful reports that help us make the right decisions for our business.

Cons: They are always innovating new features but on occasions these new features came with bugs but were resolved immediately we contacted client support team.

Overall: We had a great user experience, and we have been able to make smart decisions with MIE Trak Pro reporting tool leading our business into growth and success.

Pros: MieTrak is pretty cut and dry. Once you get the hang of it. It is smooth sailing. Another Pro is the MT team, especially Jerrell, are extremely helpful and really can make MieTrak specific for your company's use.

Cons: Our company uses a cloud, remote desktop, when that goes down you can't get into the system. But thankful because of Jerrell and his swift responsiveness my anxiety doesn't go into overdrive. I submit a support ticket and email Jerrell and he gets the problem fixed.

Overall: MieTrak can feel overwhelming at first but take sometime to fool around in the Sandbox it helps to get you accustom to the system without messing up anything in the actual system. Overall, MieTrak for me, personal, has been a love -hate relationship leaning more toward love now that I know I can reach out for support and receive wonderful customer service!

Pros: MieTrak is very easy to learn. Their support team is fast to answer any questions or log in remotely to solve any issues.

Cons: I tend to get a lot of error messages but if I shut down the program and log back in it usually solves the problem.

Overall: Overall it helps us manage inventory and sales in our business, several people in our company are using it without issues.

Pros: Easy to navigate.
Fast and easy purchase orders.
Easy to show new employees how to operate the systems.

Cons: Speed- Can move slow at times.
Some modules do not relate to our business.

Overall: Great production would recommend other manufactures to use it. Easy for new employees to look around on it and learn the system.

Pros: - Flexibility: MIE Trak Pro can be adapted to any kind of and any number of discrete parts, components, process types, and modules without losing the benefits it gives.
- A great upgrade from using Excel to generate complex quotes.
- A pretty decent and justified price.

Cons: - The documentation is not always up to date and it can be hard to learn and set up for those without similar prior experience.

Overall: If you are in an industry that has a hundred different types of parts and components with ever-changing cost structures and process methods, you definitely need a flexible piece of software that enables you to generate instant quotes without spending days to modify it every time something changes. Mie Trak Pro does a very good job at that.

Overall: We have been using MIE Trak Pro for almost 10 months. It provides us a powerful enterprise resource planning platform to efficiently manage business functions. We are very much enjoyed its services and ease of functioning. It turns out our enterprise control & growth in the right direction.
