"This feels like the beta version of a software that should be released in a couple of years"

    Posted 2021-04-16

Pros: It technically holds data that we need, and we’re able to upload all of our forms to one software. That’s about it.

Cons: Way too many different pages to click through and way too much data entry to get basic info in.
On moisture mapper, you can just enter the start and end date for the job and the dates populate for you to enter the info. There’s two separate tabs for both atmospheric readings and moisture content, and you have to add a “trip” the the page for every single day that you went to the job, they don’t auto populate.
The software won’t allow you to save “0” as the value for moisture content.
The button to create your report is glitchy, it says “loading” forever, but it’s not actually loading. You create the report and then it just says that it’s loading, until you close out the window and reopen it and see the report was created right when you clicked the button, but it had you waiting for no reason.
When you try to download your final report, it often won’t populate no matter how many times you try to download, export, or email the report.

Overall: Overall, it’s a terrible program. It’s better than FireNIce by a lot, but it’s not nearly as user friendly as Moisture Mapper, which is pretty unbelievable.

The support staff is friendly and helpful, and very quick to respond, but often times they can’t help with whatever glitch you’re experiencing and you just have to give up.
