Cons: Sometimes products cannot be found for some search phrases even though they are included in the product text.

Overall: We use Luigi's Box mainly for searching. The plugin helps our customers find the products they want to buy. The original platform of our e-shop did not allow this.

Pros: I appreciate the wide range of options that Luigis Box offers. We have a wide and complex product range, so we are happy that LB can develop some features to us. I like user-friendly application.

Pros: Self learning algorithm provides our customers with top quality searching results and that of course increase our sales and conversions. Besides searching there is also recommender as a part of the package. Recommender (obviously from its name) recommends products based on customers browsing and searching history. These recommendations are part of product page, not searching results which looks more naturally. Also banner campaigns is great tool to promote products in search results. All these features simply help to increase the sales in general.

Cons: The product may seem a bit pricy at the beginning but in the end it pays of.
