Pros: I worked with John (senior accounts & projects manager) he was outstanding. He provided excellent customer care. He was timely in his responses. He was more then willing to give any assistance I needed. John also regularly checked in with my business to offer guidance.
Cons: At this time I don't have any cons. As I continue to work with John and his team I expect the service will be at a high level.
Overall: John has made working with LogoDesign.net a fantastic experience. He helped me secure a great company logo. He also researched to see if my initial logo design was being used currently. He helped me secure a custom logo and was there every step of the way. Great work John!

Pros: I used LogoDesign.net to create my company logo, they are very responsive and customized the logo to my preference. I am very pleased and I have decided to continue working with Shaun to order the copy right of my logo to protect my brand. I also look forward to continuing working with Shaun from Logo Design.net for any other services that I may need in the future.
Cons: I can not think of anything I did not like about the logo o the services provided to my company.
Overall: Overall I had a good experience, I picked my format the basic logo, I requested it to be customized, it is a very nice logo it represents the idea of the company and its easy to understand perfect not too simple not to complicated it clearly sends the right message of what my company is about and that to me is a visual communication tool that is priceless to market my company.
