Pros: Helm Capital went through several outdated and archaic providers before finally getting LoanPro a few years back. Couldn't be happier!
Cons: Haven't had any hiccups so far so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
Overall: We've almost entirely automated collections. It was a struggle for us to find good collectors, and since LoanPro automatically follows up on payments, we haven't needed to staff the same workforce.

- Amazing support from dedicated account managers
- Modern interface for end usersCons: - Bit of learning curve to understand all the features and functionalities
- Need to constantly keep up with the updates
- Have to rotate API keys every so oftenOverall: Building a brand new consumer lending platform requires a robust loan servicing platform and LoanPro checked all the boxes during our evaluating phase. It also has a very robust set of APIs that are developer friendly and allowed our engineering and product team to quickly stand up the basic loan servicing functions.

Pros: Highly flexible and customized solution for any lending partner; including anything from applications to servicing, and consumer loans to SBA loan servicing.
Cons: Not as broad of a "out of the box" reports as default so requires a bit of configuration up front
Overall: I have used LoanPro for several years now - at another company plus now installing at a second company I work for. Each time has been a good experience with highly experienced onboarding and pleasant support teams.

Pros: Being able to submit directly to the bureaus, great customer service, quick responses, amazing features.
Cons: So far we haven't found anything we don't like with this software.
Overall: Our experience with LoanPro software has been amazing so far. Their customer service and sales team has been extremely responsive and made sure we were getting all of the features needed for our operations.

Pros: Easy to set up, great team, easy to perform tasks and provide good customer experience. The CRM makes it easy for my team to manage their portfolios and provide top customer service.
Cons: There are no things that come to mind that I would say are negative about LoanPro and the LoanPro team.
Overall: LoanPro is great and I would recommend LoanPro to anyone looking for a servicing platform. Their team is very easy to work with and has an incredible amount of knowledgeable helping us standup our system.
