    Pros: Lightspeed is easy to use and easy setup. It a very cost-effective system as I looked at multiple system. They have added on options that help with online order (which I have not activated yet, but I plan to). I'm in the customer service business and having the ability to call George has been a great asset when starting a business. He's made all the difference in the world having Lightspeed.

    Cons: I would like to be able to customize live reports. Ex. compare hour by hour from last week to this week. Or be able to compare trends from week to week on sale and customer volume.

    Overall: I'm able to keep on data, information, and guest loyalty with Lightspeed. Other system if you decide to leave. They make you either wait for your information or must pay extra for your own data. In today's world, information is everything. I'm very satisfied with Lightspeed for my shop.

    Pros: Ease of use. Quality software. Cloud based.
    Easy to install and use the iPad based service right out of the box.

    Cons: Hit or miss with tech support wait times, but overall knowledgeable staff.

    Overall: We use the restaurant POS and it's always met our needs. The iPad solution is mobile, we use it for our catered events, as well as our brick and mortar locations.
    They invest heavily in product improvement and have even added features that we personally requested.
    Cloud reporting is a must and their solution is functional and easy to use. We can monitor real time sales from multiple locations at once.
    Highly recommend!!

    Pros: Lightspeed is very easy to use, which was an important factor when I chose it many years ago. I appreciate that it's cloud based, and I can access my dashboard from any device, and updates happen seamlessly.

    Cons: Lightspeed no longer interfaces directly with the website platform that I use. This was not the case when I originally signed up, and now, several years later, I do indeed need to use a gateway between the two. I know Lightspeed offers their own platform, and I prefer to stay with my original.

    Overall: My experience has been excellent from day one. There were glitches to be worked out, and I was on a learning curve, but every customer service person that I have spoken to has been helpful and patient.

    Pros: We have been using Lightspeed for 2+ years now and absolutely love it! We are able to utilize many of their components to assist us not only in the basics (inventory, sales) but analytics and E-Comm. LS staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to our needs.

    Cons: We really don't have anything that we didn't like. If we saw a need for a quicker process, we submit our idea.

    Overall: We have thoroughly enjoyed this product and continuously learning how to strive for more by utilizing every component.

    Pros: EVERYTHING.
    User friendly, a runnable report for everything, cloud based, accessible from anywhere. You can easily check inventory anytime, anywhere. Switch between stores and locations with ease. Check daily sales sorted by brand, item etc. Myself and all of my employee's love Lightspeed, it's just been such a huge help in keeping my business running smoothly.

    Cons: I don't have any Cons about Lightspeed. It's worked perfect for us.

    Overall: Overall I would recommend this software to anyone, It has been a complete game changer since switching from Windward System 5. Support is always a phone call away too, which is very helpful for myself & staff if we ever have any questions.

    Pros: Easy set-up, both technology and software. Simple, clean interfaces that anyone with any technology experience can easily navigate. Products were online within a short time of entering them in to the system. Customer service and support are excellent!

    Cons: A few printing glitches at first but that has since been corrected by their great team!

    Overall: We are a 110+ year old company that had to move on from hand written receipts and the pain of inventory. With Lightspeed, receipts and sales transactions are completed in sections and inventory is a simple print away. We are selling products online and Lightspeed has made it simple to do so. Highly recommended!

    Pros: Easy to use, all staff were able to pick it up very quickly (ages 18-65). Love the inventory and sales tracking abilities.

    Cons: Limited options for payment processing, inventory items can't go negative, stock is automatically added.

    Overall: Easy to use, excellent 'help' section, customer service is top notch. Inventory and sales tracking have been helpful in placing orders and finding margin for items sold.

    Pros: Integrated payment processing, many features, user friendly and great customer service. The price is competitive and the reports give you awesome access to real time, useful information. Customer support is 5-stars.

    Cons: I honestly cannot think of any cons to this software. Every feature I try to think of that I would like for them to have, they have. Just an awesome software with great customer service. No cons!

    Overall: This software is by far the best that I have ever used. I have used many different POS and inventory management systems and this is so far above the rest that I do not hesitate to recommend this to everyone regardless of company size or budget. When doing research and looking for a software for our small business, Lightspeed had all the features we were looking for, but when we also found out that it was the best priced, AND had many features we never knew we always wanted, we became customers for life.

    Pros: Everything you need is included, no extra modules to purchase to achieve a bare minimum system. Support is great and if you can't figure out settings for your eCom store, they'll set it up for you.

    Cons: Most of my issues are more related to it operating differently than my old system. Didn't used to allow negative inventory, but that's been fixed.

    Overall: The eCom integration has been a real bonus for us during lockdown allowing us to give our customers 24/7 access to our store regardless of in person accessibility.

    Pros: The constant development of this product and its add-on modules and API integrated affiliates is one of the reasons I switched to this software. 24/7 customer service has been a big help when a question comes up afterhours during a data upload or other product that is best completed off-hours.

    Cons: There are still some work-arounds. I would love to see a better system for Purchase Order backorders as well as the ability to implement recurring billing for customers.

    Overall: Lightspeed has helped us grow our sales numbers and increase efficiency. Customer communication is easy and is logged for review at a later date if needed. The analytics add-on has helped us with forecasting and identifying areas of opportunity so that we can effectively strategize.

    Pros: Service is thorough and efficient. They go through great lengths to get me up to speed.
    Inventory is wonderful. reorder notices and accurate counts.
    Bar code and scanner works wonders.

    Cons: My only complaint is having to reset the inventory label printer. More of a network problem on my end though.
    I have no negatives. i would prefer it free but you get what you pay for. Lightspeed is well worth it.

    Overall: Can't say enough about their support. They have it covered in every way. Any questions I have are immediately taken care of. Simple integration to my quickbooks. Inventory is in complete control and simple to maintain.
