    "This company is a scam, overpromise and not delivering"

    Pros: None. This company is a scam, promising they can help you get your program out there using their SEO, email marketing, and so on.

    After you were on board and made the payment, when you questioned their ability to send traffic, the company started to get silent and ignored you.

    When I joined the sales call, their sales representative mentioned the following key items that attracted me to sign up:

    1) Learn Desk can help me to get more traffic to my program as they have existing students and corporate clients. 2) LearnDesk support is available 24x7.

    I decided to give it a try and was able to complete my workshop and publish it at the end Oct 2023.

    I started to book calls on - 10 Nov - 20 Nov - 13 Dec - 27 Dec - 2 Jan 2024 and despite someone attending the call, no one was able to advise me about the global catalog or the marketing issues.

    I was on a call with LearnDesk support on 10 November 2023 and their support team suggested that I email the marketing team. She also mentioned the global catalog where LearnDesk can publish my course and see how the traffic is. She will coordinate with the internal team to publish my course in the catalog. I also emailed the marketing team on 11 November 2023 and no one responded.

    I waited and still saw no traffic going into my school. In between I booked 4 calls, I waited, and then on 2 January 2024, I booked another call and spoke to a customer support rep.


    I then asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of my previous subscription (about 3 months of USD75) as there was no support for me despite having booked numerous calls on the marketing inquiries and global catalog.

    The customer support rep advised she will speak to the team and come back to me within the same day (which is supposed to be 2 January 2024) on the cancellation request and she will speak to the team about the refund issue.

    NO RESPONSE from them. Despite following up numerous times, the company simply ignored you. Please stay away from this company.

    Cons: They claim they can drive traffic to your course and their support is 24x7. My experience is not that. Yes, you can book the call but none of the customer support can assist you. Worse they have no idea what you have talked to previous support staff.

    "Misleading Business Practices"

    Pros: I never got to use it - so nothing. I was unable to make this product work for my needs and class content.

    Cons: Extra Fees for Storage - before you sign up the site says you get unlimited storage, but after you sign up you find out there are FEES for storage so it is unlimited if you PAY for it.

    Overall: I have tried for a year to use this product for my video course content and was not able to create a viable workout to make it work because the storage fees for video on their site is way more expensive than anywhere else and I didn't know those fees until AFTER you pay the money. Misleading business practices! Stay away! So basically I paid several hundred dollars and have not sold or hosted one single class. Additionally, you don't get paid until you have made $100 so if you have a small seller and only bring in $80, you won't get it. I really am disappointed, because I really wanted to like this and use it.

    Pros: LearnDesk is an amazing software solution for coaches like me. It has easily helped me with scheduling, reminders, and material sharing.

    Cons: I would like a chat option to be there, but I have been told that it will happen soon.

    Overall: Overall, it's a great experience for the user. It has made my work very easy and automated.

    "Really struggling with LearnDesk"

    Pros: I am currently taking the Florida Real Estate course online through LearnDesk. Your purchase is for the online version the the Principles of Real Estate Practice In Florida book and the ability to read it and take the exams at your own pace. That in itself is fine because to take the exam a student needs a certificate of completion and (hopefully) that is available at the conclusion.

    Cons: There are no options to print important pages. You can't highlight important information to easily find later. There is no way of searching specific topics, as in finding a correct answer to a quiz question. There is no Glossary or Definition sections that I have found. There is no search bar for quickly finding information.

    Overall: As a currently licensed Realtor from another state, I have taken other online courses in the past which have offered study helps such as flash cards, printed guides for study, and the ability to print specific pages and search bars so you can locate specific information. LearnDesk offers none of this. I won't go down this path again.

    "Poor Customer service"

    Pros: Nothing. we received no positive experience from them. Would not recommend it. Its a very basic system.

    Cons: Customer service. Cancelled our subscription after our renewal was two days in, and they refused to refund the money even though they have a 30 day return policy.
    Their system isn't SCORM compliant even though we were assured they were.
    There's a lot of room for upgrades.

    Overall: We created a course. Saw nothing from up except a constant stream of marketing emails from them. It was very repetitive nad we would get multiple emails a day. Don't recommend it. There's much better platforms out there.

    "Do NOT USE."

    Pros: Easy to use and product is relatively cheap. But you get very little for the small price tag. You deal directly with the VP.

    Cons: Customer service is abysmal and unresponsive. If I could give it a zero I would. They make it sound like it is very user friendly and there are a lot of features, however once you start using it is evident that you get very little for the price and since they are based in another country so do not provide quick turnaround for technical issues.

    Overall: We used this service to streamline our registration process for our online training courses. Things started off fine however they quit paying us the fees they collected for our courses. They do not respond to emails/phone calls and cancel meetings when I set them up to discuss with them. They state it is because of 120 day waiting period for chargebacks; however it will be close to a year before we get paid for the courses we have taught. Google LearnDesk reviews before you use the service and save yourself the hassle.

    "Ripped off my course"

    Pros: None.

    Cons: Don't go near them.

    Overall: I loaded a course years ago and never received a penny in sales. I asked them to remove it 2 years ago and it's still up. They are making money on my course and banking it. Ripping me off.
    Not a lot I can do other than write bad reviews for them.

    "Complete Scam"

    Pros: There was absolutely no benefit to using this platform. They over-promised and delivered nothing. Service is terrible. This is a complete scam.

    Cons: Most platforms it is really easy to cancel a subscription. It looks like I will need to cancel my bank card to get them to stop charging me for a service I have not used at all.

    Overall: They promised and I signed up. They did not deliver on the promise. I canceled the subscription. They are still debiting me and will not cancel my subscription. This is also called theft.

    Pros: Cheap.

    Cons: I request that LearnDesk cancel my subscription LONG before the renewal date and they charged me anyway and then ghosted me on my contacts with them to reverse the charges!!

    Pros: LearnDesk really helped me with what I was looking for, in terms of scheduling my live sessions to accepting payments. It has made booking sessions with my clients very easy and also helps me share any kind of materials with my clients, if needed.

    Cons: It's not a con but maybe they could also come integrate a web conferencing software.

    Overall: Overall a good experience using the software till now.
    Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to host their live sessions and content.

    Pros: A great platform with great features makes it easier for students to use the software. The customer support provided by the company was great while setting up the courses. I was guided at each and every step on how to upload and publish the courses and gain more visibility. The support team is very patient and polite.

    Cons: No cons till now. It has been almost 2 years since I am using this platform. I am quite satisfied with it.

    Pros: I have had a great experience on LearnDesk. Their customer service is great and they train you how to use the features of software to make the work easier. Their support team is of professionals who are always available for help and clear all my doubts.

    Cons: I don't think there are cons. This is the best LMS solution I have used.

    Pros: It is very easy to use and quite intuitive. I was a little skeptical before subscribing but it turned out to be amazing. I am liking it.

    Cons: There was a communication gap for sometime but I guess I didn't have the right links.

    Overall: It is very easy to use and quite intuitive. They provide you with the training though. The software is built so thoughtfully and you can utilize all the features which in turn helps you gain traffic. The team is also very active and helpful. Good experience.

    Pros: The software is good. I have started earning and it's pretty good to get visibility for my classes as I don't do a lot of targeting and marketing.

    Cons: Nothing yet except it is a bit slow when you get used to it.

    Pros: Amazing platform and LMS. I have been using it for quite some time and I'm very happy with the response and support from the LearnDesk team.

    Cons: There are no cons, per se.
    Maybe, the interface can be worked on a bit more. Other than that, everything is fine.

    Pros: The ability to set up my self study 20 hour long course into smaller modules and sell each of them individually as well, giving me the liberty to play around with the pricing.

    Cons: Only if there were more colours to the sales pages and the design.
