    Pros: The Leap App makes contracting simple, concise, and most importantly, easy for the customer or client to review, follow and understand. Nothing better to see when the contract is complete and accurate!

    Cons: It can be confusing to redo or edit customer information when there is a simple error.

    Overall: Leap has been a savior when contracting a customer. Navigating the app is pretty simple, and adding detailed information about the product or process is easy and straightforward for the customer to understand, making certain to fulfill and complete their expectations on any project.

    Pros: Everything needed to track and manage a lead is at your finger tips. Having access to a customer's address, phone call or text option in one app is a game changer! It makes for a more productive day.

    Cons: No cons so far that I can notice on this app. Everything works as expected.

    Overall: So far I am enjoying utilizing this app to plan my day and work more efficiently. I love the ease of use and valuable tools it provides me.

    Pros: Estimate to contract linking.
    Good, better, best options.
    Offline mode.
    Option for market pricing across states.

    Cons: Onboarding process if very detailed but so worth it if you set up the system properly.

    Overall: Great experience overall. Would recommend to any roofer or remodeler looking to scale their business.

    Pros: Simple interface allows for decent customization options. Cost is fairly low compared to similar products.

    Cons: Breaks constantly. Pretty much every update causes system-wide crashes and failures. Web UI is slow and clunky. Sacrifices substance for style.

    Overall: Started out pretty good, but degraded over time. It seems we are constantly apologizing to our end users over some feature or another not working as expected. They appear eager to provide support, but having the software fail in some new unexpected way is simply too much. I have been worn down by bad updates.

    "Great platform for CRM and centralized job data"

    Pros: * Workflow automation has been a huge timesaver. Setting up takes some work because there is so much it can do.
    * Built in Accounting is great for simple invoicing

    * The mobile app has 90+% functionality to the desktop web based interface

    * Customer portal really helps the clients feel involved.

    * Electronic signatures are a must these days, and having it all built in means I don't have to use another service for e-signatures

    1 on 1 support has been great. Anytime I have a question, I can call my rep or email and I have an answer back always same day, but often within 30 min -1 hr.

    Cons: Form creation can be tricky at first.

    Built in email system could use some rework but it is functional.

    Overall: It has made job management so much smoother. There is so much functionality that you start doing things you never could before.
