    "Works, well that’s about it"

    Posted 2023-05-16

Pros: It works. Yep put your details in and your phone or mail client will pick up emails. That’s it I’m afraid.

Cons: Despite supporting them from the very start all those years back I got a nice email to say “pay up”. Problem is that this service doesn’t really offer anything free email services do. Sure the idea and privacy is good, but not worth paying for.

What’s worse is that I asked about this. No response. Nothing. Just another auto reminder 3 days before.

Overall: It’s like using any other mail service on your phone. You just trust that the server end is private.

It’s not fast, it’s not got any special features, and support just don’t respond. For real money it’s not worth it.

    "No Support"

    Posted 2021-06-01

Pros: The idea of secure e-mail with a customizable domain had me sold, but the support isn't there to make it worthwhile.

Cons: Quick responses to support questions prior to purchase, non-existent communication post purchase. E-mails were read by support but never responded to. Not very professional.

Overall: Was excited to support the project based on ideology, but unfortunately the support is non-existent.
