"Facebook and Twitter Integration Didn't Work and No Customer Support" Posted 2022-07-31
Pros: None. Product didn't work. I tried to integrate Facebook and Twitter, following the setup process to the letter. Neither worked. Customer support was unreachable, so I cannot in good conscious list a single "pro".
Cons: Literally no customer support for weeks.
Overall: The Chat log with representatives says "not viewed yet" after days and weeks of reaching out. The phone number goes straight to voice mail.

"200 Dollar but nothing in return" Posted 2021-06-08
Pros: Ease of use. They want me to write here at least 100 characters. Unfortunately, "ease of use" is not long enough.
Cons: I paid 200 USD for their backer directory in the hope of receiving a selected audience for my crowdfunding campaign. 200 USD for no backers at all, plus the 300 bucks for the Facebook ads targeting their audience.
All the backers for my campaign were generated using our own audience and newsletter.Overall: Spend your money better on Facebook or Google ads and build your own audience. Much more effective.
