    Pros: I really liked Knowi's ability to access my NoSQL databases and be able to make dashboards easily. I also like it's reporting capabilities (embedded analytics, email dashboards, and NLP). I especially liked that my clients were able to see results quickly and able to navigate the analytics features to ask questions directly within the dashboard.

    Cons: Can't think of anything right now. Good product and good team.

    Overall: Overall the team is helpful and accessible, their product is easy to navigate and offers an alternative to the giants like Looker, Qlik, or Tableau without sacrificing functionality.
