Pros: I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Knowband. Despite multiple payments for development services, their conduct has been untrustworthy, and I caution against placing trust in their practices… don’t trust them as they try to cheat you while deleting your features and asking for more money… be careful.

Cons: They are cheaters.
They will ask for huge money for every change.
They don't work on weekends.
Responses are very bad.
Not friendly at all.

Pros: 1. I like the product as it is easy to set up without any coding experience
2. The service was great as they helped me throughout the process efficiently till my apps were live.

Cons: There are no such points which I can mention as my experience was good with the product and the service.

Overall: I am using the mobile apps from Knowband and it has been over 3 years and they help me if I encounter any issue or have any concern. I am looking forward to use the apps for my other upcoming businesses and will recommend others to use them too.

Pros: I am happy with the purchase. The team helped is publishing both Android and iOS mobile app.

The project completed in 3 days. The apps are good too.

Cons: All okay. Nothing wrong. All goes as expected. The support is well.

Overall: I run a WooCommerce site and plan to have this app for a long time. This is a complete no code app solution and i can manage my app.

I do not recommend everyone buying modules from this developer, they pull as much money out of your pockets as possible without giving written clarity in the contracts.

Cons: They are unprofessional, they hide time in contracts and they are shameful.

Overall: I purchased the PrestaShop Mobile App builder module, and for reasons due to my client, I exceeded the assistance period by a few days; so when I buy a module, the service that should be included that is the insertion on the stores must be done no later than 3 months, otherwise they ask for more money.
That is, I paid, I could not finish the app in the order of 3 months and without even working on it for 20 seconds, you tell me that it is not convenient for you ???
Your policy lacks clarity and transparency.
