    "Orders take forever"

    Pros: Placed a test order on November 14th, it's now December 4th and it's not fulfilled yet. Never going to make a customer wait this long, absolutely terrible. Never using them again.

    Cons: Order does not get fulfilled in a timely manner, compared to competition it's the worst.

    Overall: Tried a test order, it's been 3 weeks and it's not even completed nor sent. They failed epically, never using them again.

    "TRASH COMPANY"

    Pros: They have unique print on demand items but WHO GIVES A S--- if you can't even produce the item and do what you are supposed to do?

    Cons: -Etsy removed ALL JetPrint listings (Etsy does not let them integrate any longer...possibly because they are inept?)
    -Non-existent customer service when you need it most
    -Fake customer service number that rings and then goes to a busy signal after a bunch of rings (nobody answered? WOW WHAT A SURPRISE!)
    -They didn't tell me there was an issue with a customers order until 10 DAYS after she bought it. ONLY AFTER I CONTACTED them about how long it was taking.
    -Live Chat always say "we will be back in approx 5 hours" which is a total lie. It has said that the last THREE times I have used it and NOBODY EVER GOT BACK. Not even three days later.
    -Treat you like you are dumb by the completely stupid excuses they will make up as well.

    Overall: COMPLETE TRASH. GARBAGE COMPANY. On my VERY second order for a customer, they leave it for 10 days, so I ask, "hey, it's been 10 days, just checking on the order." Then they write me back. "there was production issue, can you re-make the bag?"...WHAT?!? After my customer has been waiting 10 DAYS they tell me there is an issue only AFTER I CONTACTED THEM. Then I write them a long note about how I am disappointed and need to get this issue fixed. THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND. So I cancelled my customer's order. What a horrible company. You want true reviews about JetPrint? Just type "Jetprint reviews" in Google to read all the nightmares. They are so bad that Etsy literally REMOVED ALL MY JETPRINT PRODUCTS because they do not trust JetPrint and doe's not allow them to connect to Etsy any longer. USE INKEDJOY INSTEAD. They are not perfect but FAR BETTER then JetPrint. JETPRINT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. If you do not listen to this review and still decide to use JetPrint. You deserve what you will get.
