Pros: The best thing for me that InsightSquared offers is how it presents the information, it is highly visual, with elegant graphics, easy to understand, full of important information, and from which you can get critical background information, in addition to using them in conjunction with their filters, understanding the behaviors of our customers and representatives allows us to make the best decisions.
Cons: It is not so intuitive to use; it has a learning curve that requires a good study of the software. The best thing to do is not be too ambitious as you start to adapt to the program, start giving basic information, understand how to use it, and give more detailed information.
Overall: The way InsightSquared works allows me to have a complete view of our operations almost in real-time, so we can always make the best decisions and stay ahead of problems, however unforeseen and whether they come from our customers or our team. It is a robust, feature-rich program that allows us to look at things from different angles and helps us find the best solutions.

Pros: It is an incredible resource to measure the sales performance of our business; it is intuitive, easy to use, and integrates well with our CRM tool. It is a robust tool, provides varied functions and analytics to have a clear and real-time perception of our business in terms of sales effectiveness.
Cons: Only its learning curve, being a software so loaded with functions, the familiarization with it usually takes a little more time. However, it is worth the time and energy to invest.
Overall: We have seen several benefits with InsightSquared since its implementation; because of its robustness and such good real-time sales analytics, we have organized everything from our sales teams to our plans and strategies to drive sales. On top of that, its integration with our CRM has been great for us. It's simply an amazing tool, it has a wide range of features, and its reports are easy to read and interpret.

Pros: Excellent tool to collect data regarding sales, a tool that allows you to keep track of the averages and percentages relating to sales, facilitates you to carry out the process in a fast and productive way. Thanks to its helpful knowledge, it guarantees employees the opportunity to know their numbers and thus be able to make decisions that help improve their productivity.
Cons: It has a high cost at the beginning of using the tool, which hinders organizations from incorporating it in their activities; the platform is not as effective as you expect it to be.
Overall: We currently use InsightSquared in the company's sales department because this tool allows us to have a sales forecast. Through it, we can keep a record of the state of the accounts and thus be able to evaluate through a study and meet product sales targets. It classifies quickly and lightly the sales performance among customers. The tool helps us to track and analyze our sales averages; that is, through it, we know what the rate of profit, amount of income, and losses that occur at the time is.
