    "Issues with the software usage"

    Pros: Price and storage. I have used the site for years and the ease is a positive. Unfortunately every year I have renewal issue. Some of my photos totally disappeared and I could never restore them even though they did provide a link to do so.

    Cons: Loss of link. Loss of photos. Inability to renew. Blocked out of the site when I changed my password. All things considered... I would use another storage site.

    Overall: Poor. Renewal issues. Loss of photos due to their software issues. Total lack of any response when I sought help . Never change your password or you will not see any of your photos again. ImageShack uses a service that manages passwords...that service loses you password and your link.
