Pros: The ivepos software have beautiful interface for billing and they have a good tutorials and videos for us to easily understand product features. The backend is also available both in mobile and desktop.

Cons: They have vendor management but not petty expenses management. the app lacks online store feature.

Overall: Good user interface for billing and inventory management. Enough resource materials for learning and training. Functional sales analytics and backend inventory management.

Pros: The app is very easy and friendly to use. The backend apps are available both for mobile and desktop. Very easy to manage inventory and analyzing sales.

Cons: Initially there were few bugs in the app those were fixed with periodic updates. The app does not have WhatsApp integration for sending digital receipts.

Overall: We are using this app for more than 1yr for billing and inventory management. This is user friendly and easier app with less learning curve. Packs with lot of features for the price. The backend apps are also very friendly for managing inventory and sales analytics.

Pros: Very easy billing for the employees, effective reporting and analytics and good minimalistic customer management.

Cons: The app does not have expense management for handling petty cash handling.

Overall: Billing is very intuitive and easy with minimal training for the staffs. The reporting is very concise and effective for us to the necessary backend work. Sending promotions to the customers and realtime sales monitoring.

Pros: Lovely user interface for billing and easy learning for the employees. We can send digital receipts to customers, realtime sales analytics using back office and dashboard and inventory management using those.

Cons: Online store is required and they do not have. Whatsapp integration is nil.

Cons: We cannot manage store day to today expenses, also sending WhatsApp receipts not available.

Overall: We primarily use this app for billing, managing inventory and analyzing our sales. It’s working well for our usage. We can send promotions and bill receipts digitally so overall a good pos and management app.

Pros: Customer loyalty and promotions are nice and useful features for the store and to retain customers. Intuitive dashboard for analytics and inventory management.

Cons: No Whatsapp integration or store expenses management inbuilt with the software and these features are not available now.

Overall: We use ivepos for our store, it's relatively straightforward to use. The customer loyalty feature is helpful for customer retention. The app has promotions options which help to send weekend promotions to our long term customers. We can accept using upi bundled with the software.

Pros: It's easy for our semi skilled staffs to learn easily. Billing is easy to do and all the sales can be viewed realtime and updated using the dashboard or back office app.

Cons: We need petty expenses management and maybe A4 printer support.
