HyperTrader

Pros: HyperTrader support is the best in the business. I had some problems with execution (it was on exchange side) but each HyperTrader support team helped me right away (within minutes) and helped me. It's the type of support that makes me super comfortable trading and doing business with their platform.

Cons: No cons. Very happy user. I do not have anything bad to say about HyperTrader.

Overall: I have tried several platforms and the HyperTrader platform is by far the most user friendly and no one comes close with customer support. Makes me a very happy and loyal customer.

Pros: Simple, clean, and the least clicks to execute trades I have found. No clutter with useless features - I trust my manual trading skills and I want to execute new trades, manipulate existing orders, and discover new opps easily. HyperTrader has not only made me a more efficient trader but also an overall better trader.

Cons: Only negative is they are not integrated with Coinbase. I heard it is coming soon but it cant come soon enough for me.

Overall: I have tried several trading terminals and almost all of them just push bots and automation. I don't need that. Certain bots are good but often its a headache to setup and I don't use them, I know what I want to execute - I am not trying to put in trades and walk away (not sure what actual active traders do that). I want simple clean and easy to use interface. Good work team HyperTrader.

Pros: HyperTrader is the fastest and easiest terminal I have used by far. The latest release is superb. The drag/drop and price updating features are super easy and fast. I use many different platforms within an exchange (for many reasons) - HyperTrader aggregates all of them into one account. The exchange does not. This is the only terminal for me.

Cons: I want the bots...DCA and grid. I know they are coming but I can't wait. I don't need the bespoke bots - useless in my opinion. New release is coming later this summer and then I will have all I need.

Overall: HyperTrader gets it. They made a terminal that's clean, easy to use, and allows me to execute fast. I wish they had a bigger team so all their updates would come out even faster but hopefully this positive market trend will help that. I don't use customer service often but when I need help...they are right there...fast. When I get super excited or mad while trading I want easy and fast execution and if something is wrong...fast help...thats what they do. Love it.

Pros: I love being able to track multiple accounts in real time - in actual real time. So many promise this feature but it's actually delayed. Also happy with how easy it is to navigate the terminal - no nonsense..straight forward. Easy and quick to use.

Cons: Wish they were still connected to Coinbase. I like the connected exchanges but maybe add Coinbase and one other.

Overall: HyperTrader has made me a better day trader- love the look and feel of the terminal. I use several accounts so ease of use and actual real time data is so important to me.

Pros: I have been using HyperTrader for almost 2 years now. Best part is that you can track unlimited Binance futures accounts. Ability to trade directly from charts and quick order modification makes it super easy to manage my orders and positions.

Cons: No web app and no mobile app. Only desktop app. I can’t carry my computer everywhere so at times it becomes difficult to observe my positions.

Overall: Very good. Highly recommend it. Good for day traders. I wish they had Coinbase also. Not many exchanges supported.

Pros: Paid money for a subscription that didn't exist. Goodbye money!

this is not a very nice thing to do to your customers....very disapointed in this company...

Cons: A couple of weeks before the app became a free app, they charged me fore an annual fee.

Overall: Disappointed in the way they rip off customers who support it by paying a yearly fee the last year.
