    Pros: Quick and easy to setup
    Works out of the box, from default settings
    easy to use control panel and spam reports
    30 day trial is also a winner :-)
    no need to manage whitelists or black lists, but they are there if required

    Cons: None yet, it all seems ok, the service does have glitches from time to time, but I have not used a service that is problem free, when they do appear they are dealt with quickly

    Overall: Its nice to setup, we have several customers on the spam service now, they have all said the spam is being filtered better, and the spam reports are good and easy for the customer to understand, and we have customized them to include the FAQ which most people do ask.

    Pros: Software is easy to use and download resulting information. Information comes in many formats to help with customization.

    Cons: Sometimes download requests take a day or two, but customer service clears up.

    Overall: Very happy, the software and platform are easy to use and navigate. Customer service is quick to respond and solve issues.
