    Pros: We have been using this software since 5 months.
    1. Easy to install
    2. Intuitive
    3. Multiple products can be added
    4. GST friendly, but will not automatically pickup HSN code or GST rates assiciated with the HSN cide. Have to be manually keyed-in for each product.
    4. Recently added a UPI QR Code generation feature for ease of payment.
    5. Has POS type billing facility but we have not used it.
    6. Can generate many types of reporting for auditing purposes.
    7. Can Generate Bank Ledger
    8. Staff Master, Salary Master
    9. User access can be defined, e.g. sales staff may have limited access to the daily operations.

    Cons: 1. No User Manual. One has to decipher things by watching youtube video, if available (very frustrating).
    2. Slow to respond to User queries and Requirements.
    3. Reluctant to incorporate needed changes. For example, we have asked them that system should print CASH/UPI/Credit Card/Cheque on the Invoice (our audit requirement). They have not incorporated that so far (3-4 months now).
    4. Some Inventory Reporting is not available, which the company says they can provide if all users demand..!
    5. Pricing anamolies -- will offer you one price on Sales sms but actually charge you a different price when you buy, claiming GST is extra (never mention in their sms whether price is inclusive of GST or exclusive). Therefore non transparent in their product selling price.

    Overall: For people new to computerising their ship operations, this is an overall a reasonably priced "Shop software" if one can overlook the "cons".

    Our impression is the Company has got into creating more "bells and whistles" for their overseas buyers than making the software more mature and robust for current users.
