    "Very Manipulative Company"

    Posted 2024-04-09

Pros: Their video enhancer is ok.

Cons: I want to alert you to a deceptive practice employed by HitPaw, known as "Automatic Renewal," targeting previous subscribers to their services. This automatic renewal occurs without prior notification to the customer, depriving them of the opportunity to decide whether to renew or not. I initially subscribed to their service for one month to use one of their programs. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was automatically renewed for $73 the following month without my consent.

Upon contacting HitPaw to cancel the subscription, as I did not want it and had not used their program, HitPaw refused my request. They cited their Rules and Conditions, stating that they do not accept this reason for issuing a refund. Essentially, this indicates that if you fail to cancel your previous subscription, HitPaw will exploit this to its advantage and take your money against your wishes.

This conduct is unacceptable for any reputable company. The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.

Overall: The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.
