    Pros: One-stop shop for end users to book online, pay, and complete waiver requirements.

    An intuitive backend to build new products, check-in guests, book walk-ups, and process payments.

    Integrates easily with our website, receipt printing hardware, and credit card processing hardware.

    Excellent customer service!

    Cons: No repository of backend training videos or quick reference guides.

    Overall: This software solution has been a dream for our business. We are so happy to have all of our software needs for booking, payment, and waiver management all in one place that integrates seamlessly with our website.     Pros: Ability to adjust orders, ease to train staff, and overall flow of the system. The system has combined many services we used to use.

    Cons: Inventory management isn't ideal. This isn't a deal breaker for us but isn't optimal to do workarounds.

    Overall: Brad & Luke are great. Very responsive when we need help. The system is great and made my life much simpler.

    Pros: 1-stop POS. High Trek handles our transactions locally and online, reservations, waivers and season passes. They receive feedback very well and work to clean up processes and improve both the customer experience and our guest experience all the time.

    Cons: It is our goal to only have to use 1 POS for all aspects of our business and HTP is working to improve the functions of their platform for F&B. It does not flow as smoothly as F&B-specific platforms.

    Overall: The ease of use and intuitive nature of the platform is great. My favorite aspect is seeing constant improvement and added features that make the experience better.

    Cons: The design could be improved - they go feature, first.

    Pros: It's easy to use. They are constantly improving adding features and updates. They listen to customer feedback and add features based on that feedback.

    Cons: I'd like it to have a report writer instead of loading into excel.

    Overall: Great company, great people, I love that I can get help from the actual company and not a foreign call center. Great customer service.

    Pros: HighTrek integrates with all facets of your business to become an all-in-one solution. It has features for every kind of business and best of all, it has capacity controls and integration with QuickBooks.

    Cons: The design of HighTrek could be improved. It is evident they focus on adding new features before focusing on the design elements.

    Overall: HighTrek’s team is incredibly responsive to any questions or problems we may have. The system does not get shut down for maintenance and their leadership is accessible for feedback.

    "Solid booking software that handles all of our needs."

    Pros: I appreciate the integrated waivers that generate tickets for our guests and a process for us to make sure that every guest that participates is waivered. Having one system to handle all of our point of sale transactions as well as online bookings, camp reservations, and financial transactions is a plus. The ability to sell pre-paid vouchers works great for us in during the holidays. The company is very responsive and always developing new features for us. The integration with quickbooks saves us time and effort.

    Cons: The system doesn't integrate with a card system like embed yet.

    Overall: We are very happy with the value of the solution and all of the ways the software helps us merchandise our products, upsell to our customers, and track our conversions and online marketing spend so we can grow our business. The company is also always helping with free consulting as to how we can make our business better and grow faster.
