HORISEN STP Platform is software for routing and managing SS7 signalling traffic between mobile network operators, carriers, and service providers. It supports SIGTRAN over M3UA, with routing across MTP, SCCP, and TCAP layers and compatibility with MAP and CAP. Network teams can configure fixed, load-balanced, ratio, and fallback routes, manage signalling connections, and apply real-time screening rules across signalling layers. The platform also provides SS7 trace capture, transaction-level CDR logging, traffic dashboards, and monitoring for signalling links and SIGTRAN connections. It supports redundant architecture and cloud-hosted or dedicated on-premise deployment. Intended users include MNOs, MVNOs, SMS aggregators, interconnect hubs, CPaaS providers, and signalling solution vendors managing SS7-based messaging or voice traffic.
