Pros: Support team is located in the US, they are very responsive and knowledgeable. They return my calls/emails within an hour, sometimes within 5 minutes. Some of them have also worked in shops like mine so they understand what I am dealing with on a daily basis. They do NOT require a contract just a simple monthly subscription. They have an open AP which allows me to integrate with 3rd party vendors. They were able to convert all of my data from my previous system. Key Features I’m Using Daily:

ServiceCAT® integrates with my parts suppliers in REAL TIME, has labor times which allows me to provide accurate estimates.

LubeCAT instantly returns oil specs and capacities allowing me to provide fast, accurate oil changes.

Texting & Emailing allows me to send updates, work approvals, and appointment reminders right from the system — keeps customers in the loop and increasing satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics allow me to generate detailed reports on anything and everything.

Cons: I wish I would have found them sooner! I could have avoided the headaches and frustrations with my previous system.
