    "A fine product with apparently non-existent support."

    Pros: Love the program itself. Have gone from Free, to Personal, to Business. Live in a very large retirement community of over 2000 residents and represent over 10 clubs and groups that I provide a service for.

    Cons: I'm in trouble with the software. Have customers yelling at me and support simply does not answer in any way. I guess I'm going to have to stop using them and find an alternative and we all know how much fun that can be.

    Overall: Right now it is completely lousy. A hundred words here is not needed. The support is simply awful and apparently do longer exists. That should be sufficient.
