    Pros: Support is fantastic, very polite and answering very professional, very detailed each time. Very happy.

    Cons: Very much appreciate being able to administer the site via the control panel. The uptime is very good. Nothing bad.

    Overall: I keep several websites with GlowHost web host and I have no issues! They suggested package for me, they helped with migration and my websites are working now without issues. Thank you guys, you are the best.

    Pros: All I can say is that GlowHost is an excellent web host service that offers the personal touch. Recommended.

    Pros: I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke the app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

    Cons: Some issues with apps - but that's not a fault of the provider.

    Overall: GREAT experience! Helped with migration. Helped with troubleshooting the apps. They FULLY support the integrated apps that they carry!
