    (-) Tracking of reviews and information posted on glassdoor can be hard to track.

    Overall: I have started using Glassdoor to enquire about the companies that I was going for an interview. It mostly provides correct information on the culture, perks, advantages that the company has to offer. You also get to access the previous interview questions which are subject to availability, usually its posted by users who have attended the interviews.

    It can be a good start to research about the company that you are going to work so that you can be prepared.
