"Scam-Artists That Hold your Money and Don't Reply to Messages Inquiring About Deposit Timeline" Edited 2023-04-17
Pros: David is the only competent person in the company. If you don't get connected to him for help, might as well just get no help at all. The rest of the employees are clueless.
Cons: Absolutely nothing good to say about the service. you basically chat to a wall and get no help. Then when an agent finally connects hours later they don't know anything about how their company works or the official timeline of when you should expect to see your deposit. they give you vague "it could be this time" answers.
They also make you pay them 1.2% to get YOUR paycheck in even a slightly appropriate timeframe. My theory is that they hold your money hostage for 3 days in order to earn interest from holding your funds.Overall: Scam and if you are an employer looking for help with payroll, look elsewhere unless you want a force of pissed off employees working for you.
