Pros: Generated so many reviews across different physicians and practices locations for healthcare clinics.

Cons: Takes long to upload lists, too many steps to pressing send.

Cons: Nothing at the moment, I have had issues pop up, as one can expect with software, but their team is always quick to hop on solutions.

Overall: I've been with GMR for over 2 years now and have had a great experience. We switched from a competitor due to lack of service that my agency needed but weren't receiving (we're on the smaller scale) and I'm always impressed when serious issues occurred that the owner, Brent, calls my cell directly to handle it. Our account manager, Alexis, is on top of things and really overall pleased!
