    "Ponzi Scheme? Payments "pending" to us for 4 months !!!"

    Pros: They answer the phone. The interface and equipment works. The employees seem to be trying to be helpful.

    Cons: We had $35,000 in unpaid batches for months with no action on dozens of contact attempts requesting payment for two months. They paid us 24k and still owe us $11,000 today. It has been escalated to accounting a dozen times... WTF is our money?

    Overall: Pricing was not as promised. Daily fees and network fees were suddenly added without notice robbing us of thousands of dollars above the agreed upon merchant processing rate.

    "Cheating small dealers out of their money"

    Pros: Promises made when signing up.

    Cons: Cheat you after you become their customer. FRAUD, SCAM these are two words describe them perfectly. double the price of monthly payments after 18 months just because they had dispute with other companies.

    Overall: Were told when signing up 10 year deal with fixed terms that everything will covered for repairs and no more than 6 hours downtime, turns out they can't even find technician no more and asking me to find one. will try not to replace defective equipment as small as credit card reader.

    Pros: You call and they will answer your phone call but can't always help you out. VERY NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER

    Cons: Very good at lying about everything. Won't give you your credit deposits the next day. Sometimes I would have to call them about my deposits and they'll say it'll be the next day and it might be 2 days later. I am a small mom and pop gas station we need our money daily not when they feel like giving it to us. Had a issue about a week ago where they had about 10k on hold. Make sure you check your deposits because they might short pay you. Had that happen plenty of times and they will take their precious time reimbursing you. I shouldn't have to email someone about our deposits every day. I have to do my job and theirs just to make sure we are getting our deposits which is really sad

    Overall: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Told us we have 10 yr warranty on everything but when you can to tell them what's wrong they just tell you they're creating a ticket. Told us they would pay if something breaks or messes up on the pumps and that's a lie. Had to pay someone to come work on the pump just so I would be able to sale fuel and not lose anymore money. This company is FULL OF CRAP. No one can give you an answer about anything

    "Con artists headed for Chapter 11 or prison "

    Pros: Some of the front line employees were pleasant enough; although that’s because they didn’t know their employer was dead a— broke.

    Cons: They are not EMV for any equipment outside of the store. Waited for OVER 15 months for promised equipment. Sales guy was a complete tool who obviously is very full of the kool aid. My pump tech informed me they still owe him over $22k and hears weekly thru the industry grapevine that they are stealing funds from their existing customers.

    Overall: Pathetic. I’ve reported them to the BBB, PEI, Nacs, my state’s attorney general, and am joining approximately 30 other customers in litigation.

    Pros: Here's the pros... They're really good con artists!! Don't give them your time, energy, or money!! You'll be yet another victim of their scams!

    Cons: Here the cons... Hundreds of contractors haven't been paid and customers who ordered and paid for dispensers haven't been delivered after 12+ months. No refunds either!! Also, they are not EMV certified, yet they sell you on the fact that they will deliver products and services that will keep you EMV compliant for 10 years!

    Overall: They are absolutely the best at taking people's money and selling you a service they can't deliver on.

    Pros: Did work for them. That was the pro. Did not get paid for any of the work as a contractor, Big Con. Oh, yes, biggest Con artists in the world! Do not trust these people at all!

    Cons: They do not pay their contractors to do the work! Have file liens on all the properties I have done work on, still have not been paid! Terrible company!

    Overall: Bad, bad, bad! Owner will not pay me, system is not EMV on line. No help from outside sources to get their system on line.

    Pros: He was very helpful in fixing my pumps. He also fixed my register 2. Thank you to Greg at Gas Pos. Awesome job getting my pumps up for July 4th weekend.

    Cons: None. System works well. Customer support easy to talk to. No problems.

    Overall: Easy to use. Easy to call store support. No problems. Sometimes issues with internet but that’s on us.

    Pros: As an employee of SQRL (Squirrel) gas station, the customer service with GasPOS has been outstanding, Customer service representatives Nick, Daniel and Greg have resolved issues very quickly, are very patient and professional. Can't ask for better technical support!

    Cons: There are no cons to either using GASPOS or the product. Very satisfied as an employee and customer.

    Overall: The pricing is great, gas mileage increased and GASPOS's customer service is exceptional and the ease of using the system has made the transition smooth.

    Pros: Pay at the pump is a huge win and customers love this service
    Easy scanners. Huge win improving productivity.

    Cons: Glitches in system are excessive.
    PLU file migration poor.
    Started working with new system since March and now end of May and still using old system as GasPOS had proven to be unreliable.

    Overall: Extremely unsatisfied. Pumps were ordered incorrectly which caused a huge delay. We have been working towards a fully functional system since the pumps were installed in March and still not 100%.
