    "The ultimate people software"

    Pros: User friendly.
    Diverse options of integration with ecomm.
    Easy communication.
    Creator search allows more doors opened to new relationships.

    Cons: Overwhelming takes a bit to get used to when first using with all the features.

    Overall: GRIN is phenomenal. Despite it as a software company, they are people first. Which is why they are so good at their job!

    "You need GRIN now! "

    Pros: GRIN is so innovative! On top of all of the amazing organizational features they are constantly unrolling new things (and the competition is definitely not). GRIN takes so much of the busy work out of creator management and tracking so you can focus on growth.

    Cons: After a year and a half of use I really have no complaints. Every issue I have had has been resolved either with a new product roll out, our CSM's help, or through another GRIN support channel.

    Overall: I am obsessed with GRIN, I love and adore everything about them from their employees to their product and will stop at nothing to convert everyone I know to GRIN.

    "GRIN experience "

    Pros: So much to love!
    Huge creator database, creator search, report builder, email templates + sequences, all the new integrations such as Klaviyo, (branded email templates!) DocuSign integration. Product proposals and easily full-filling product submissions through GRIN. Easy to manage campaigns and activations. Being able to create multiple links for creators!

    Cons: That GRIN doesn't track subscription orders... YET!

    Overall: I have been a GRIN user for over 3 years, and will stay a user, the experience has been 10/10, and their customer support is unmatched!
