RTV - Real Tour Vision

Pros: Amazing customer support that is responsive and truly cares about it's clients.
Great pricing that makes it affordable for any size of business.

Cons: None really. At first I was a little intimidated by the program but once I watched the videos and had the initial setup with customer support it became very easy to use.

Overall: You get more than you pay for!! I was just starting my Real Estate photography business and had no experience. I was looking for a program that gave me the ability to do online scheduling and create property websites so I could offer comparable services as local competitors. When I found RTV and kept finding more and more services that allowed me to provide clients I was blown away by what you get for the price you pay. There's nothing else out there like it.

Pros: The system is continually evolving to keep up with the growing real estate marketing service needs. The customer service is second to none. You cannot go wrong with the RTV Fusion system.

Cons: Nothing, absolutely nothing at all. The company makes sure that the client needs for nothing.

Overall: The system has allowed my small business to grow and compete with the larger companies in my region.

Because of the RTV Fusion system, I am able to offer the same if not more services as my competitors and do it at a very competitive price.

Pros: The very best service, they are there for you with training, support, and help anytime you need it! Finally a company that actually cares. They are awesome.

Cons: One thing literally one thing. I might have not noticed it but I would like to have shorter videos available.

Overall: 100% amazing! This product has made my service unique, and fluid with my customers giving them a really good experience.

Pros: The support, easy to use, a growing business with more integrations coming soon! Very excited for my future with RTV.

Cons: Customizing fonts on property websites, but I know it's coming soon!

Overall: I was getting into 360 Virtual Tours with Zillow and stumbled upon RTV. Jason as been an extremely amazing mentor to me as I have grown my business! I was onboarded at 17 years old. He got me into doing so much more than just drone pictures & without Jason's advice, guidance, and late night phone calls I'm not sure I'd still be in business. He keeps me on my toes, and I am so excited for my future with RTV, and to see the growth down the line!

Pros: * Very easy to use
* Full of features
* Adaptable layouts and designs
* Fully customizable
* Great reporting tools
* Customer logins so your clients can manage their tours after you create them

Cons: The only con I can think of is they offer so many tools, you may find yourself going down the rabbit hole...but this leads to yet more amazing discoveries you didn't know you wanted.

Overall: If you can think of something you might want to have as part of your property tour presentation, chances are it already exists in RTV Fusion. And if you can't find it, their support staff is always very quick to help you find what you are looking for. And if they don't have it, give them a minute and they will likely roll out that feature soon.

Pros: Having spent some time in the military, I have found that instructions should be simple enough for even the non-cerebrals to understand. RTV has made real estate marketing professional but not so complicated that the novice can't understand.

Cons: I will edit this if ever I run into something negative that should be shared.

Overall: You have to look at this business as a great tool that can be used simply and effectively, but as with any optional marketing product, it must be cost effective. RTV has covered all the bases.

Pros: To start, it packages up all my photos in a way that's easy to deliver (vs. dropbox or some other tool).

Then it adds in a bunch of additional value - a tour, website, brochure, video, reporting, etc. - that truly provide a marketing solution for the realtor.

Even the website shows the realtor the other homes they have listed with you - so it can become a website for the realtor on its own.

Cons: My only continual complaint is that there isn't an easy "flow" for building a tour. NO matter how many tours I do, I still feel like I'm jumping all over the menu to find the right next thing to do. A "wizard" or flow that is the same for all tours would be ideal.

Overall: Overall, extremely positive - particularly with Jason and the team.. They stand behind the product and do all they can to fix things.

Pros: I've been with RTV since 2015 and the way they have innovated and evolved to bring customers the best technology is amazing. They support the photographers who use their system and do what they can to make sure we succeed.

Cons: I genuinely have no cons. They have never given me a reason to seek out another system.

Overall: I highly recommend RTV to any photographer looking to increase the products they have to offer. The support we receive is unparalleled.

Pros: When I first got started in Canada they were there to help each step of the way. I was able to get the first two jobs done quickly with their support.

Cons: The only negative is being fixed with their integrated payment collection.

Overall: I would recommend the service to others.

Pros: In my area of California, homes average 1,000,000.00. Most realtors are using Matterport for their 360 tours. It gets very boring with all the listings doing the same thing. With RTV, I can mix it up, I add aerial shots, then video, intro's agent voice overs, stills and 360 tours. With Fusion I'm offering my clients something unique, and it's catching on. Word of mouth between agents is growing my business.

Cons: Can't find anything I don't like and am finding something new every day.

Overall: A well rounded program, offering all sorts of options you can offer to your clients. And the price, customer service, etc, couldn't be better.

Pros: The ease of importing a Zillow 3D Home tour into a property website. The support and contacts I am making. Everything is moving along swiftly!

Cons: I am still learning all of the features, so at this point I can't really complain.

Overall: The property websites for my listings. With this purchase, I am able to import a Zillow 3D Virtual tour, all of my photos, listing information (cost, size, amenities, etc.) and details about the town onto one place. I have just started getting into this and my first customer of my indoor photography is in love with what I was able to produce, and this is only the beginning. The tutorial videos included helped me a ton. Jason has been phenomenal with giving me advice and tips. I questioned buying into this a few months ago and this is easily one of the best business decisions I have made in my first year of owning, starting, and expanding my aerial business.

Pros: It's easy to use and has loads of add on features. It has both background music and server side voice over functionality. My customers can login and edit their own tours or edit broker wide listings.

Cons: I can't find anything to dislike about this software. It's easy to use. Its functionality is wide and our customers love the platform.

Overall: Its been a great experience. There are many addons to use so you can add to the existing media platform.

Cons: It is a very good software and very hard to find negative comments as they keep on new features.

RTV Fusion offers industry leading virtual tour software perfect for incorporating a wide range of media - stills, full motion video, 360 panoramas, 3D imagery - into a single property marketing platform that performs excellently across all devices.

Cons: Continuously adding new features and improvements. If there is an issue that pops up, RTV Fusion's support team has always responded quickly to answer questions.

Overall: Used RTV's software for nearly 20 years. Great support, user-friendly admin and functionality. They innovate with the times and seek to incorporate new features and functionality on a regular basis.

Pros: Ease of building a virtual tour and giving my customer what they want is what this software is all about.

Cons: Just like any program, you have to learn a new skill set.

Overall: I have been using the software for years, and my customers love all of the options: from flyers, to virtual tours, to websites.

Pros: Told value of showing property lines, droplets, and callouts

Cons: Indicated that the insertion process is involved and will take time to master.

Overall: This webinar was an excellent professional visual and audio presentation that was very informative and clear.

Pros: - RTV Fusion is not just the software itself but the entire ecosystem around it. They have tons of resources to help you and a great support team as well.

Cons: - Honestly, it is hard to find any cons with this software.

Overall: I have used Fusion to deliver quality work to my customers for a long time now. I have never been disappointed by them.
