    Pros: Customer Specific user Access for a Subscription model to be implemented at our organization. We needed a solution for customer handling and their subscriptions. Front egg helped to solve this by providing a Low code platform.

    Pros: I really like the ease of integration of the Angular Frontegg library with our platform.
    As well, Frontegg supports workspaces, so we can use user management in a multi-tenant environment.
    The customer support team is very helpful and available, which allows us to have a good experience using the Frontegg app.

    Cons: Webhooks in Frontegg could be more customizable and provide more user data.

    Overall: Using Frontegg, we are able to focus on developing our product instead of developing a user management service.

    Pros: Simple Admin box. In-App admin box access. Easy integration. Hooks that cover all the scenarios. Great support.

    Cons: Not having 100% control over HTML templates for login/signup screens.

    Overall: A near perfect identity management service with great customer support through out. It could save your development effort.

    Pros: Overall Customization, Environments for SDLC, Login Page UX Design, Concept of OTP, and Magic Link and Email Template Customization.

    Cons: More Levels of Customization like Activation Email expiry time, Creating own development environments, etc.

    Overall: A good-looking UX Product for our app with User Management and Industry Level Security Features. Also offers a Free Trail where you can have POC to test the features which are totally helpful.

    Pros: The product worked completely out of the box - I just needed minimal knowledge to add it to an existing application and I had a full login box & admin portal.

    Cons: Some customizations are still missing - My fonts aren't on google fonts so I had to use a backup font.

    Overall: Overall I think it's a great product with awesome support. I'm really happy with my usage of it and hope they will continue to develop new features.

    "Great Product for Identity, Access and Users Management in a Multi-Tenant Platform"

    Pros: - Ease of implementation
    - Outstanding level of support
    - Reasonable pricing model
    - Great features (and more down the road)

    Cons: - Improved notifications mechanism (mostly having something like Slack notifications when certain events occur).
    - Integration with a payment/billing system like Stripe, so that we can easily bill our customers based on usage, amount of active users in a tenant, etc.

    Overall: Overall, this is a great product. Frontegg saved us A LOT of time and effort in implementing our identity and user management solution. The other candidates didn't check all of our boxes, and the only one we could find that did - was FrontEgg.
    Moreover, ever since we onboarded- the level of support and attention we received from their team of talented engineers and product managers (all the way up to the CTO) has been nothing less than amazing.
    We are really happy we picked Frontegg!
