    "Not what is was a few years ago. They are on their way out."

    Pros: I love the system but progressively all promises of this new version never materializes and the sooftware has been without question infected and unrepairable I certain areas of self programming. Its falling apart and they are reducing office staff, tech staff etc etc Its on its way out. Best move on which is now what we are doing as they are hopeless. First they lost GDS and we didn't know for 2-3 years just lost revenue. Their main office in China town in San Fran where I visited is now closed. Phone numbers changed and limited customer service. Many of the functions ie loading pics of your rooms do not work and they cannot sort it. Sad really but that's the way it is. No matter how much I try or even complain we are left with a pathetic Skeleton of what FDA used to be.
