Fresa XPress is web based ERP on the cloud, fully integrated freight management software, designed for the Freight forwarders, IATA Cargo Agents, NVOCC, Transporters, Courier and Logistic service providers to efficiently organise, manage and monitor their business.
Fresa XPress is more suitable for small and medium freight forwarding companies where 1 or 2 branches with less than 10 users. It contains Booking, Job with complete accounting module like sales and purchase invoice along with sea freight, air freight, land freight.
Fresa XPress facilitate Documentation team in preparing the shipping and financial documents such as cargo and freight manifest, Draft B/L, Final Original B/L, or express release, Customer and Agent Invoices, and Credit notes and Generate Job profit statement based on provisional entries. The various activities of the export and import are captured for Key performance indication and audit of the job for MIS closure activities.

Especially the team member Abarna. She is always here for my all queries supporting me with solution within seconds
so I didn't get stuck in my work. It's a great time with her while using this Fresa software.Cons: Sometimes the software logs out automatically. I think this is the only one matter I didn't like in this one. No other problems found.

Pros: We are using Fresa software and their services for more than 5 years, support is very good. We are using sales, customer service, operations, documentation with finance module. All reports we are generating from the system itself.
Cons: Integration with India customs is required to handle the CHA operations.
Overall: Very good service provider for freight forwarding, shipping and logistics industry. Fresa is handling all IT requirements in one place for freight forwarders.
