Pros: Customizable by pharmacy and facility, user friendly (Windows based), integrates with variety of eMARs, delivery dashboard allows for quick view of workload status, cycle fill functionality, ability to auto-populate fields to drive accuracy and efficiency,
Cons: Number of option settings and required setup, customization request turn-around time, lacks functionality: transfer prescriptions; quantity limits by payor and inventory management; integrated information (F10) needs to tie processes with required settings and impact to other functionality; instead of working to process ERxs with AI which are the quickest orders to process dedicate to adding functionality. Tier 1 support needs improvement. Added attention to detail to reduce user frustration and time such as list of functions/windows displayed alphabetically. Canned reports are limited at best.
Overall: Good product but needs to focus on creating functionality to address critical industry changes such as the shift from LTC to ALF.
