About Formdesk

Formdesk lets you design your own online forms such as application forms, registration forms, order forms and surveys. You can place these forms on your internet or intranet site, or use them for e-mails or social media. Formdesk forms are located on our own servers, to which you can refer by using a simple hyperlink or iframe. Designing forms can be done online because Formdesk is a web-based tool, also called SaaS (Software as a Service). You therefore do not have to install any software. Formdesk sends completed forms to you by e-mail. You can also have confirmation messages sent automatically to the user who completed the form. And, would you like to request and download an overview of completed forms and import it to something like Excel? With Formdesk you can do just that. Also secured web forms and intelligent forms are among Formdesk’s applications. Formdesk has all of the functions you would expect from a professional form tool.

A bank wished to track customer complaints raised to their attorney and outsource vendors in order meet regulatory guidelines and audits. The bank has built an internal process for managing such complaints, but vendor reporting was happening via phone calls, emails and spreadsheets. The Forms Hub enabled the bank to provide a web form to their vendors, with the web form enforcing the data validation the bank required.     "Solid functionality though dated interface"

    Pros: Lots of different functionalities.
    Excellent up time.
    Works across many if not all browsers.
    Good customer service.

    Cons: User interface seems dated and some settings can be hard to locate or apply to forms properly (like skip logic or automated emails based on form responses.

    Overall: GDPR compliant and euro based so worth looking elsewhere if you prefer your data to be stored locally.

    That being said, all the functionalities including the ability send completed forms as PDFs and enable user managed forms with lookups + API integration (if needed and for extra $) is a huge plus!

    Have used for two years and can barely find anything else like it.

    "A great online based forms tool"

    Pros: I've been using Formdesk for many years now. It's very stable, and has a lot of features, but some features are only available as addons - so you need to pay more, to get these addons.

    Cons: Think it could be more mobile friendly, even it has improved on this matter, but there is still a way to go, specially on the administrator site.

    Overall: I've been looking at other forms solution, but think Formdesk still is ok for me and my small company.
