Formdesk

Pros: Lots of different functionalities.
Excellent up time.
Works across many if not all browsers.
Good customer service.

Cons: User interface seems dated and some settings can be hard to locate or apply to forms properly (like skip logic or automated emails based on form responses.

Overall: GDPR compliant and euro based so worth looking elsewhere if you prefer your data to be stored locally.

That being said, all the functionalities including the ability send completed forms as PDFs and enable user managed forms with lookups + API integration (if needed and for extra $) is a huge plus!

Have used for two years and can barely find anything else like it.

Pros: I've been using Formdesk for many years now. It's very stable, and has a lot of features, but some features are only available as addons - so you need to pay more, to get these addons.

Cons: Think it could be more mobile friendly, even it has improved on this matter, but there is still a way to go, specially on the administrator site.

Overall: I've been looking at other forms solution, but think Formdesk still is ok for me and my small company.
