"Do not purchase their services" Posted 2024-01-31
Pros: Easy to form. Good UI. You can visualize your products pretty easily.
Can't say anything more positive because I paid an entire year for services I didn't get.Cons: Horrible customer support. Negligent providers.
Overall: I've had my LLC formed by then for a year now.

They required me to pay for a mailroom (you can't purchase it from outside their platform) and it didn't provide services for a full year.
When I noticed this, I reached out to them and they said I should pick another provider (from their platform too). At this time, the mailroom is still not providing services, and withdrawing from it will put my LLC in jeopardy with the IRS.
Lastly, I paid for their tax filling service. They failed to present it on it, I'm now subject to interest payments and they haven't given me an answer on why this happened.
Overall, this is a nerve-racking experience for someone who is focused on an already challenging business and was hoping to pay a reliable partner.
Their business model is closer to a scam than an actual service. Will cancel my subscription as soon as I have certainty my taxes have been filled this year.
Horrible experience. -

"Terrible" Posted 2023-05-18
Pros: Nothing is good about this site. It's a scam. There's literally nothing pro to say about this company.
Cons: More expensive than LegalZoom.
No customer service.
Ridiculously long time to get anything done.Overall: Overall I had a terrible experience working with them. I'm trying to get my money back and no one has reached out.

"2 months and waiting to get an LLC..." Posted 2023-02-22
Pros: Site is sexy vapor ware? I paid, nothing to show for it. Canned support replies. I should have gone with Doola. Or rolled my own.
Cons: I'm 2 months in, waiting for an LLC. They advertise "10 business days" all across their site. LOL. They blame it on the state of CA. Zero proactive communication or updates on their part. Steer clear. Go Doola or other instead.
Overall: I've wasted 2 months and half a grand with nothing to show. I regret choosing Firstbase. Customer support is canned responses. I feel scammed.

"Terrible Transparency and Customer Service" Posted 2022-09-08
Pros: Good dashboard.
Nothing else to input here.Cons: Poor customer service response (non existent).
Lack of pricing transparency.
No option to revise during setup from module to module.
No support during registration.Overall: I am a US citizen working OCONUS as a US Government contracting consultant. I own a firm and had intended to open an educational platform to develop an online presence for marketing and media outreach. I began with the registration and paid the $399 USD to get the entity formed...as soon as I paid the $399 USD I was directed to a Registered Agent checkout screen, an additional 99USD. Then a WA state compliance registration, an additional fee. At this point the lack of transparency up front when compared to other platforms was a red flag. I immediately reached out to submit a customer service ticket and request a refund per its 60 day refund guarantee policy. I have not heard anything back from them since and have submitted an additional 4 tickets, all going unanswered with the exception of an automated recognition email directing me to the FAQ/Support page.
