    Pros: This platform is excellent for those who have lost their belongings. The support is outstanding and very helpful. I know that if I lose my item, it can be shipped to me anywhere in the world. I highly recommend it.

    Cons: I suggest that the platform be translated into more languages because I believe it can be a very useful tool.

    Pros: Having put order and traceability into the lost and found process while also getting a return on investment through process efficiencies and revenue per claimed item

    Cons: One could simplify accessibility to customers by adding access with other social tools besides facebook, quli gmail, linkedin, etc.
