"Great once it kicks into gear" Posted 2023-05-12
Pros: From all our interactions I got the feeling the team at FinchPay knows what they’re doing. They provided us with enough documentation to establish reasonable SLAs and conditions. Once we were ready to actually make a trade, they did it promptly no questions asked. For our business, only starting to dabble in crypto, pretty much everyone on board was impressed with how easy OTC trading can be.
Cons: Despite them doing their best to onboard us quickly, KYB still took a few days. But with their level of scrupulousness, it is totally worth it.
Overall: An instant recommendation. If you value duly conduct and don’t want to complicate trading further, these guys cover both fronts.

"Impressed with the transactional" Posted 2023-05-11
Pros: We were looking for an OTC to perform some high-value deals without dealing with the markets. A little earlier, we got in touch with the team of FinchPay and decided to give it a go. In the end, we got comprehensive support and deal-making from their assigned manager. It’s clear that they’re highly professional.
Cons: Only one thing. The company is not new and they know how to do their job but there is hardly any publicity.
Overall: Great OTC that is taking deals with a more relaxed minimal-maximum range than others. We’re content.
