    "Excellent Product but poor support"

    Pros: Easy to use tool.
    Fast and Intuitive.
    Bug free.
    Able to generate help files very quickly.
    Different formats can be generated.

    Cons: Their support desk response is pathetic.
    Thy are not interested in resolving issues.

    Overall: I have been using this tool for the past 12 years. But now i feel they are not interested in supporting the product anymore.
