    Pros: I like that it monitors every payment that is made on your Shopify store! There is also a free plan.

    Cons: The pricing was a bit much but I guess in the long run it can save you money.

    Overall: It monitors every payment that is made by customers and does so much more! I would probably rate it 4.8 stars just because of the price.

    Pros: Since we expect big transactions for equipment that we would have a hard time replacing, it's great to know that extra layer of security in preventing fraud and validating transactions happens on our store.

    Cons: Having selected and set this app up, have not come across any con in using this.

    Overall: This app was easy to install and very straightforward in the setup and couldn't be happier with mu choice to use it.

    Pros: So far, FUGU has given my business accurate analysis and on time reporting. The high-risk orders are brought to my attention immediately, and has caught one scammer so far.

    Cons: I do not see any cons to the application so far.

    Overall: So far, a good experience. I like the reports given and the analysis of high risks orders that are brought to my attention right away. Will keep.

    Pros: With every sale, they offer a comprehensive break down for fraud analysis. It is great to utilize a tool that helps protect my small business. One sale at a time.

    Cons: I have not had any issues. However, before installing this app- I had a chargeback. Worst experience ever.

    Overall: This helps me make more informed decisions on my internet orders. I am able to look at key components before accepting the order.

    Pros: FUGU has reduced our false declines by 70%! They just pick up a lot of money that we used to leave on the table.

    Cons: I don't have any cons for the service and product. again, thank you!

    Overall: Moreover, the concept of full chargeback liability, which also manages legit chargeback, is just amazing - freeing our hands to do more important things while making sure we don't lose any income.
