STEPS was born with the vision to keep parents updated about their child's academic progress, thereby building a trust factor with the institution and teachers. Existing school management solutions focus on bringing a structural approach to day to day school activities, causing teachers an overload and expecting teachers to adapt to the software, rather than the other way around. Along with it comes the system dependency and inability to use it at their ease. With STEPS, the intention is to make the software adapt to the present routines of the teacher and make it an easy-access tool for them.
