Pros: ITC Reconciliation is still not up to the mark. it is hard to import the data from tally to the software especially journal vouchers entered in the tally as the ITC of journal entries remains unreconciled in this case.

Cons: Reports generated by the software help in ease of work. the reports generated for output tax liability reconciliation is favourable for the sales reconciliation.

Overall: Overall the product is good just the ITC Reconciliation part need to be improve by the team at Express GST.

Overall: Customer support is the most important factor ,after operational aspect, in deciding the success of a product. The support team has been receptive to suggestions and product has seen improvements to an extent. There is scope for further improvement. Still considering all factors, a good product that would help small practitioners.

Pros: If I lodge a complaint the team will attend immediately All the complaints are sorted out in time. It is very important one we are very happy in this regard.

Cons: Sometimes late evening calls are not picked by your team. If a call make after 7:45pm till the line is going but no body attend. In rare cases only i will call due to last date of returns like that.
