Pros: It's so easy to use. And the service is wonderful. I had to make a new floor plan and Mirela showed me what to do by mail and then it was a piece of cake.
Cons: Can't think of anything yet. Until now I have only good experiences.
Overall: I like the way they always are helping me and I receive answers very quickly. It's nice to use and I like it.

Pros: The people at Expodoc listen to the customer's wishes and in this way the program develops further and further.
Cons: The lack of a community platform to organize online meet&match during an online event. Expodoc is now focused on exhibitors and not on visitors.
Overall: Thanks to Expodoc we have been able to optimize our work process. The software is user-friendly for both us and our exhibitors.

Pros: I like that the CRM and Floorplan are very easy to work with. After a quick introduction of the system, we good start right away. The service is good. If we have question, the service team answered quickly.
Cons: There is no click through email in the address of the client. ( this could be time saving to send messages).
Overall: The system is very easy to work with. If we have a question, the response of the team is very quick.

Pros: Expodoc is for en Eventmanager an easy software and shows our customers that we are working with a professional quality standard. The software is also in a continue process of development which is a big advantage.
Cons: The floorplans are well exposed on a desktop, but not on a smartphone.
Overall: Easy system with an important focus on development, quick service and high quality performance.
