Pros: The tool (search) is 100% customizable. Size. Color. Text etc. takes about 5 minutes total to implement. Once done , the “search” appears wherever you place it and it is light speed fast. Add: can search your own site whatever links you add. (If you wish). Just keep in mind the amount of pages it can index / crawl per your plan.
If you want, you can make your own css for the UI search block and you can use it with this tool as well.

Cons: Nothing serious that I can think of. Wish it can crawl embeds that have php database coding but it does not. It will crawl your own data base on your own server if entries are normal SQL based tables.

Overall: Very recommended. For any website with 30-100 pages it is spectacular. If you have sort of documentation list such as pdf and many others this works perfect.

Pros: Expertrec's support is always there to answer your questions about their software. They usually respond within one day (even though they're in different timezones)
They almost always come up with a solution to help you with your problem/question.

Cons: After they've resolved an issue it would sometimes be nice to know what they did to solve it, so that we can do it ourselves next time :)

Overall: Very good support experience, always friendly and clear in their answers and usually respond quickly.

Pros: Very responsive service when the automatic recrawl sometimes gets stuck in scheduling. It is usually resolved within 12 hours. This keeps my client very happy.

Cons: The recrawl sometimes gets stuck – not recrawling daily as it should. My client adds ranges of pages to his site maybe 3 to 6 times a week and is confused sometimes when the search engine does not return results on the newest additions.

Overall: The pros far outweigh the cons. It is a good service overall and much better than the last service we had on the site. Especially with regard to responsiveness to service tickets.

Pros: I researched and found WP Fastest Site Search & Expertrec when I need a tool to search the content of pdfs in a client's technical library.
The functionality is exactly what was needed so we signed up for a free trial to test.
The tool did what was advertised and my client approved the tool.

Support was fantastic and they worked hard to fix a hiccup when the site was moved from development to the client's live site.

Cons: The one challenge came when we moved the site from my development server to the client's hosting account.
Full pdf indexing functionality had disappeared. Expertrec support worked hard to fix the problem and make me & my client happy!

Overall: I'd absolutely recommend WP Fastest Site Search & Expertrec for a website needing a more robust search than Wordpress offers.
I'm happy with the tool, VERY happy with support and wouldn't hesitate to use the tool again on future projects!

Pros: 1) Issue with Wordpress-integration fixed very quickly after a videocall.
2) Request for showing only selected PDF-files was fixed quick.
3) Request for showing every page of a PDF-file was fixed very well.
4) Multiple options for styling.

Cons: Great solution, but not really plug-and-play for our company. Multiple fixes were necessary.

Overall: Great tailor-made service. Always reachable. The Wordpress-plugin does the trick for our company. Thank you!

Overall: Expertrec is a feature-rich search engine that is a great value and highly customizable. Highly rec!

Pros: Access to key executives and developers.
Willingness to adapt the product to our needs without the usual hassle of endless scoping documents and subsequent arguments about what is in scope and out of scope.

Cons: Limited overlap of business hours given business location.

Overall: Search has always been a challenge for PartsWarehouse given the unusual use case of users searching combinations of natural words and random alphanumeric part and model numbers at the same time. And with over 2M model and part numbers combined, with potentially duplicated numbers between different manufacturers, deducing the most relevant results for any given search is not an out-of-the-box capability of any Search vendor. Our experience with Melchi and his team at ExpertRec has been outstanding. They developed a genuine understanding of our unique need, were responsive throughout the integration process, and have delivered a customized solution which not only produces two sets of results - one for matching Models, and one for Parts - but also conforms model and part number strings in both the user's search and our index to enable the most relevant matches for any given search. Kudos to you and your team, Melchi. We look forward to a long and profitable relationship!

Pros: Installation was fast and we were able to try it out on the site right away. Also the Expertrec dashboard has many configuration options.

Cons: We had to reach out to support to get a few customizations made. Our site needs to understand user intent via conversational questions, so we needed a NLP search with some additional modifications.

Overall: Our product manager, Puranjay, made the setup process easy to get through. We also liked the pricing and that there were unlimited search queries.

Pros: Indexing PDFs, documents, pages, and creating a search. Autocomplete and spell correction are very useful. The voice search is very fast and similar to Google's voice search. Uncapped search queries is great!

Cons: I don't have any cons yet, however, I rated the design a 4.

Overall: I feel this is one of the best SaaS products that I've used in quite a while. It was able to solve our PDF indexing and search problem and now our site search also has spell correct since their search has it built in. The customization options were quite extensive. Their Product team was supportive and Puranjay was a pleasure to work with. the pricing is based on the data so we get uncapped search queries which no one else offered. Expertrec has my full recommendation!

Pros: The Free Trial is perfect to try the service. I use it on my WordPress Site. The search results are instant. Thousand times better than the Standard Wordpress search. The best thing is, when you have a network of WordPress Site you can let your users search through all sites with one search.

Cons: A lifetime pricing would be the cherry on the cake! The WordPress Plugin is showing some PHP Warnings when debug mode is on.

Overall: It is rare to get such good support. Please keep up the good work! It's easy to set up and maintain.

Pros: Easy install, I use on duda.co and it works so perfectly! I've tested other tools and Expertrec its the most easy to install and crawl pages.

Cons: Pay early, it could have a monthly option to pay!
