Pros: Their product works well. Anytime I have had to contact Exact Payments Support, I have had a very fast and personable reply. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Cons: I do not currently have any complaints about Exact Payments.

Overall: Exact Payments provides exceptional support and makes things as easy as possible for their clients. I have had a very fast and personable reply. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Pros: I like using Exact Payments system to process my credit cards. I'm impressed with the speed of processing authorizations, accuracy of banking deposits & customer support. Definitely satisfied to have Exact as my credit card processor.

Cons: Really kind find anything negative about using this service.

Pros: Anna answered the call right away when I called and helped me when I was locked out of the system after an update. After a follow up email I was back in the system and back to work.

Cons: There were no cons with this, the issues was dealt with right away

Overall: It was an easy process with a quick phone call without waiting on hold or in a queue and an email follow up

Pros: I would like to thank Richard, and the staff at Exact Payments. I have been dealing with your company for several years now, but I would like to make others aware of what a pleasure it is to do business with you. There has never been a time that I have contacted you, that you have not responded with professionalism, friendliness and accommodation. You have even answered the phone on a Saturday to help me get in to my account. I thank you for being a business I appreciate dealing with.

Cons: None at all. They have never disappointed me with their service to me as a customer.

Overall: It is a pleasure to deal with a company that actually offers customer service. Their customer support team is wonderful.

Pros: I like the ability to see the reports - transactions in real time. I also like to be able to issue credits if there was an issue. Fast and reliable transaction processing. Timely and knowledgeable support.
Easy integration.

Cons: Nothing specific comes to mind but keeping up with technology needs to be a priority.

Overall: Great experience overall with using website and reporting. Costs seem to be increasing and needs to be controlled.

Pros: 1) Turnkey service - They handle all the operational and regulatory aspects of payment processing that we don't want to do - underwriting, risk management, KYC/KYB, and anti-money laundering.
2) Excellent customer support - We can interact with real people who help solve our issues. With our other payment processor we can only talk to a chatbot that sends us links to API documentation.
3) Fast approval process - Other payment processors have complex, offline approval processes that take weeks. With Exact Payments, we've been able to embed the approval process within our application, so it's a seamless, online process for the customer.

Cons: International payment processing - We hope to use them in Europe and Asia for SEPA, BACS, and other regional payment methods, which is on their roadmap but not currently available.

Overall: Exact Payments has enabled us to move beyond our traditional
business model, which was focused on generating SaaS subscription revenues. We have now created a new revenue stream that will help us generate expansion ARR with our customers and boost our Net Dollar Retention.

Pros: Super friendly and knowledgeable support staff.
Response time is great.
Easy to work with.
No wait time on the phone or buttons to get through to a live person.

Cons: I have had the pleasure to work with Exact for years and there isn't any con that jumps out that worth mentioning. If any, it'd be minor.

Overall: I would highly recommend Exact Payments. Interface is easy and friendly to use. They are more than just exact payments.

Pros: I haven’t had any issues with Exact Payments since we started with them. Everything is always on time and very quick.

Cons: Don’t take discover card was my only issue. That’s my only business credit card, so I gotta charge it on personal and get reimbursed. Not a huge deal.

Overall: I’ve added locations since my first store and each time things were flawless. I recommend Exact Payments to anyone looking someone to manage payments.
