    Pros: Attention to detail, goes above and beyond and supports the team across areas. flexible licensing mechanisms and pricing model allows us to choose what we want when we want. no ridiculous lock in like some other vendors.

    Cons: Technology stack is limited and changing this requires additional investment from our end.

    Overall: Great experience and great to work with them overall. no major complaints. the team is easy to deal with and flexible and understanding.

    Pros: good team, great interaction. team is very supportive and responds very quickly. their detection and advisories are super useful.

    Cons: limited backup capabilities, would be good to increase their managed backup services currently limited to endpoints

    Overall: overall a good experience with the team. proactive and supportive, very flexible and able to turn around things very quickly.
