    "Outstanding Solution with an Outstanding Team"

    Pros: Embark offers an outstanding admission solution that I could not recommend more. The platform itself is attractive, easy-to-use for both applicants and administrators, and keeps our workflow clean and operating smoothly. The staff are all outstanding as well. They are responsive to challenges we face, very approachable, quick to respond, and are all very friendly.

    Cons: Embark has been in the admissions game for quite sometime, however they are constantly innovating and introducing new features. Aspects that were once challenges are no longer thanks to their quick work on implementing enhancements. I am proud to say there are no cons that I can identify presently.

    Overall: Overall, I couldn't recommend Embark more. With an outstanding product and an outstanding team, how could you go wrong?

    "Great customer support"

    Pros: Yusef is great at taking the time to not only solve a problem, but to teach you to use the product better.

    Cons: I'm happy with the product. I might suggest an UX upgrade and more automation.

    Overall: Product works as described. There are so many ways we can use this product to improve the enrollment and management process. We are not fully utilizing Embark's full potential.
