    "Good service, but they don't go to bat for their clients with the banks. "

    Pros: I liked how easy it was to integrate with my website. The online credit card processing pad is great as well.

    Cons: I did not like that they don't seem to care whether you win disputes or not. They don't offer many resources to fight bogus dispute charges, and it seems like if you get a dispute, no matter the reason, then you're not worthy of using their platform. It's very bizarre, as I'm now using Stripe, and they actively want to help me win disputes, and even have a department I can call to assist with it.

    Overall: Overall, bad experience with this payment platform. They have good rates, but that's because they care more about their relationship with the bank than their own clients.
