Pros: When it is working it is a great software.
Cons: Every time we get an update our software freezes up when we attempt to save our work.
When we attempt to get assistance with it it take days for support to respond.
The only option I have found available for support is starting a ticket online, videos, or other things you can read online which never for this issue.
No immediate phone support available.
As a pastor of a small church I need things that make my work easier not harder.Overall: I would not invest in this until they resolve their lack of proper support. This is not a good option for small churches with single staff.

Hey there Mark, Very sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience with our support staff and the platform itself. Our support team should be available to take ALL incoming calls from 9-6pm CST, and if you leave a message, they are usually incredibly diligent about returning your call ASAP. As far as your freezing issue goes, if you want to call in, I will make sure to let the support team know to be ready to take your call and get you taken care of. Pros: Easy Worship lives up to its name. You will be up and running as soon as you open it. Very intuitively organized for an easy workflow. I found it very easy to load up the images and videos for presentation and each has an easily accessible folder and one can easily add them on the presentation.
Cons: It is only available for Window users. Not available for Mac yet.
Overall: Easy to deploy and use for any presentation regardless of skill level or prior use. There is a basic and premium version to choose from.

Pros: Super easy to use.
Livestreaming.
Useful features.
Helpful and friendly support.
Frequent updates and bug fixes.Cons: There really isn't anything to not love about EasyWorship.
If I had to complain about something it would be that there is no Mac version, but apparently they are working on that.Overall: I started using EasyWorship last year, and it really only took about two or three weeks of regular use to really get a good grasp of the main functions. That being said, there is still so much I am learning, and it is deceivingly deep for being the most affordable and easy to use software for churches (in my opinion).
